Baggage allowance depends on the airline, the route and the fare you choose. Your consultant confirms the exact allowance before you pay, and it is shown on your e-ticket. On low-cost airlines such as Pegasus, checked bags may cost extra, so we include them in your quote if you need them.

Yes. We can request seats, special meals such as halal, vegetarian or child meals, and free wheelchair assistance at the airport. Some airlines charge for choosing certain seats, and we'll tell you the cost before adding it.

Flight and hotel packages we sell are ATOL protected under our licence, ATOL 74904. Your consultant will confirm whether your booking is ATOL protected, and you'll receive an ATOL Certificate where it applies.

We'll contact you as soon as we hear about the change and help you choose a new flight or claim a refund, in line with the airline's rules. You can call us instead of dealing with the airline yourself.
